TRACKING

  Our logistics partner IQ Fulfillment take care of our shipping. We will send you a tracking link by email as soon as we have shipped your order.

With this way, you can always be up-to-date about the status of your order.

RETURN

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.

In order for your product to be suitable for a return, it must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging as when you received it. You should keep an invoice or proof of purchase. You must use the shipping label we sent, then return the package with a postmark within 14 days of purchase.

After you have returned items from an order, you would like to make additional returns for other products, you must do also within 14 days after the receiving date. There are two way:

- you can use the shipping label we provided and pay a $8 shipping fee , which will be deducted from your refund.
-- you can use your own shipping method at your own cost.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@jaliri.com If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND PROBLEMS

Please control your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The product to be returned must be in its original box and undamaged, with all accessories, If any it must be sent complete and undamaged at the same time with the promotional products given as gifts.

Since tailor-made accessories, jewelry (rings, necklaces, bracelets, rosaries) are handmade according to the size, returns are not accepted.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products) and products whose protective elements such as tape, seal and package have been opened after delivery are not suitable for health and hygiene (Underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, headphones, epilators, shavers, etc.).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses. Please get in touch if you have questions about a specific product.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale products or gift cards.

EXCHANGES The fastest way to get your claim is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new product once the return has been accepted.
